Cookies and Web Beacons
SpaceLink follows a standard procedure of using log files. Log files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes the visitor’s internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement on the website, and gather demographic information. We consider this information to be confidential and it will be used only for our internal purposes.
SpaceLink collects and uses your personal identifiable information during the applicant review process.

Reporting Notifiable Data Breaches
SpaceLink takes reasonable steps to protect any collected information from misuse, interference, and unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. SpaceLink has adopted a data breach response plan intended to enable it to contain, assess and respond to data breaches in a timely manner, to help mitigate potential harm to individuals.
